The PacRim-TranSystems JV will be working on various military and civil works projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District (POH) Area of Responsibility (AOR) for the next 5 Years. The POH AOR encompasses the State of Hawai’i, the territories of Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the Federal States of Micronesia (FSM), American Samoa, and Kwajalein Atoll, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
