PacRim has been supporting American service men and women and their families for over 10 years. PacRim has proudly served the U.S. Department of Navy since its establishment in 2007 along with other federal agencies. The firm has served as Designer of Record (DOR) for design‐build contractors and as a consultant for A/E firms on a variety of federal military contracts. We currently hold the A/E IDIQ 8(a) Set‐Aside Civil Engineering Services contract for NAVFAC SW and have delivered dozens of task orders for the Navy and Marine Corps. PacRim has built a reputation as a trusted partner for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to produce exceptional results.

Design‐Build

PacRim’s design-build experience and capacity weave our service offerings across the key market sectors we serve. In the design-build delivery method, we provide design for light rail transit bridges, airport underground utilities, underground stations & tunnels, military training & maintenance facilities, and many other project types.

Recently, PacRim has announced it is supporting the Federal Ministry of Environment of Nigeria, and it has assembled an exceptional world class team of experts from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and China in program management and environmental remediation to embark on the challenge of cleaning up the hydrocarbon impacted sites in Ogoniland of Nigeria.

Our state and local government clients continue to protect and service their constituents despite budgetary constraints.

In serving cities, counties, and state agencies, PacRim has accumulated ample engineering experience in public works, transportation, flood control, and construction management projects. Several of our senior professionals have worked as employees in the public sector and were responsible for managing various capital improvement projects during their tenure. Together, we have built an in-house team of experts that closely match the needs of local agency public works including roadway, flood control, hydrology & hydraulics, utilities, project management, program management, structures, and sustainability. PacRim currently has over a dozen on-call contracts with various local agencies throughout Southern California.

Many professionals at PacRim have a distinguished career in land development services and have assisted landowners, developers, and investors in making their property development vision into reality. Transportation and Transit Systems

Highways and bridges are among the core competencies PacRim was founded on. The principals and senior professionals at the firm have a combined experience of over 150 years in transportation systems. For the past decade, PacRim has worked on numerous freeway improvements for Caltrans and other regional transportation authorities in Southern California.

With growing opportunities in transit and rail across the nation, PacRim expanded our service offerings to transit and rail-related services. Since 2011, PacRim has continuously played an important role in five major billion‐dollar light rail transit design-build contracts for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and has delivered final designs for guideways, underground stations, cut-and-cover tunnels, OSC, storm drain systems, utilities, and street improvements.

Water and Utilities

PacRim’s growing experience in water and wastewater engineering services includes design and project management of public water and wastewater facilities. Our main competencies include hydraulic modeling, master planning, rate studies and design, and construction services. Our design experience includes reservoirs, pressure reducing stations, pump & lift stations, and pipeline alignment studies, as well as water/wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment facilities.
