The Country Hills Estates neighborhood of the City of Brea was in need of some major pavement rehabilitation. The streets showed signs of asphalt and pavement failure including significant cracking, settling, and potholes. The design included repairing areas with minor cracking and replacement of entire street sections in areas of major failures. The pavement was ground and sealed as necessary and a new curb and gutter were constructed where damage to concrete was visible. The plans included plan view drawings for the pavement repair and replacement as well as installation of a new 12-inch water main, all connections, appurtenances, and all necessary notes and details.
