Mr. Gilbert Guevara has professional experience in a wide range of structural-related projects. He is well-versed in horizontal and vertical structures and the new construction and retrofit of earthquake-resistant structures using concrete, structural steel, light gauge metal, masonry, and wood. In addition to the technical aspects of his professional development, he has led and managed projects from the preliminary stages of development, coordinating PacRim staff and subcontractors in the development of PS&E documents, procuring permits, and providing services in support of construction. As a Project Manager, Mr. Guevara is responsible for project and production management, technical lead, risk management, budget and schedule controls, and final quality assurance of challenging projects.
