Mr. Jerry Dunaway joined PacRim in 2023 as Principal overseeing federal markets and civil design operations. Prior to PacRim, he managed a variety of civil engineering, environmental engineering and real estate projects and programs for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command as well as municipal clients. Program experience includes infrastructure and facilities capital improvements, environmental remediation pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, public-private ventures pursuant to the Military Housing Privatization Initiative, base closure operations pursuant to the Base Realignment and Closure Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Part B permitted hazardous waste facility operations. He has extensive experience in regulatory coordination and negotiations with federal, state and municipal agencies. Prior to engineering, Mr. Dunaway spent several years in the construction trades and facilities operations.
