PacRim is pleased to welcome two new staff members to our OC office: Steve Leathers, PE as our new Executive Vice President and Principal, and M. Satish, PE as our new Vice President / Senior Project Manager.
Steve brings 30 years of experience delivering multi-disciplined projects for various federal, state, and local agencies. His experience includes 20 years of delivering design-build projects where he fulfilled the roles of both Designer-of-Record and Construction Project Manager. Steve will enhance PacRim’s operations, engineering services, business development, and customer service.
With more than 35 years of experience overseeing civil engineering for a wide range of projects, Satish has successfully managed the design of roadways, highways, utilities, local drainage, regional flood control, railroad, and aviation infrastructure projects throughout the western United States. Satish will provide key leadership in PacRim’s civil engineering group.
