PacRim Engineering, Inc. is proud to introduce Jerry Dunaway, PE to our team!
Mr. Jerry Dunaway, PE will serve as Principal in PacRim’s San Diego office to develop and grow engineering services across the market area. Mr. Dunaway is a California Registered Civil Engineer and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee. He comes to PacRim following his retirement from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest in 2022 where he had managed various engineering and real estate programs since 1992.
Most recently, Mr. Dunaway managed the command’s Military Construction (MILCON) program in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. His prior positions include deputy Desert Integrated Products Team operations officer, Public-Private Venture housing program management, base closure operations and program management, MILCON planning, and project management, hazardous waste site cleanup program management, and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations.
Mr. Dunaway’s other experiences include engineering consulting, residential construction and property management, and hospitality and collegiate facilities operations. He earned his BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic University Pomona and his MBA from San Diego State University.
