The Norwalk Meadows Nursing Center was a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. This project was a tenant improvement that involved architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing components to bring this facility up to date with current code standards. PacRim was in charge of all the coordination between the trades during the approval process and the construction phase.
During the construction phase, PacRim made it a priority to oversee any construction obstacles. As with most tenant improvements, it was up to the project manager to come up with a solution to all the unforeseen complications.
