The P-2002 Project included the preparation of planning and validation documents to support two separate Combat Logistics Battalions, 11 and 13 (CLB 11/13) in the Area 12 Cantonment Area of the base. PacRim provided conceptual design, studies and narratives for the civil engineering components related to the project. Major site improvements included two single-story maintenance facilities for each CLB, a two-story Headquarters building, parking for both heavy vehicles and private vehicles, wash racks and fuel truck storage area, staging areas, demolition, grading/drainage, and other site-related improvements.
