The P-220 Project included the preparation of planning and validation documents to support the construction of a Training Tank and supporting facilities in the 24 Cantonment Area Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. PacRim provided conceptual design, studies, and narratives for the civil engineering components related to the project. Major site improvements included a training tank, single-story building, parking lot, street realignment, demolition, grading/drainage, and other site-related improvements.
