Paramount Meadows Nursing Center was a 103-bed skilled nursing facility. This tenant improvement involved architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing components to bring the facility up to date and to meet current code standards. PacRim was in charge of all the coordination between the trades during the approval process and the construction phase.
During the approval process, PacRim was deeply involved with OSHPD officials to ensure that the applications, forms, and plans were filed complete and accurately. PacRim took the lead and ensured that the OSHPD process went as smoothly as possible, with the valuable insight required to get through the rigorous OSHPD process. During these processes, our personnel established and maintained good relationships with key staff that were vital to obtain approval.
