In order to increase the security of water wells and provide safe water services to its customers, the Park Water Company proposed to install a prefabricated 80-foot tall ROHN SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) towers at two property sites. Because of the nature of the structure, in addition to the design of the tower foundations, the project extensively involved following the conditional use permit process through the LA County Community Development Commission, LA County Public Works, FAA, and other agencies.
