December 10, 2018 – SANTA ANA, CA. PacRim is dedicated to improving the quality of lives and sustaining the environment we live in as a Socially-Focused Enterprise.
As such, and in support to the Federal Ministry of Environment of Nigeria, PacRim will provide project management for the programming, execution, and monitoring of the environmental remediation work related to the remediation of the hydrocarbon impacted sites in Ogoniland, Nigeria. The project will be carried out by a team of international experts, each renowned in the engineering and environmental remediation field, assembled from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and China.
Working with the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP), which was established under the Federal Ministry of Environment, PacRim aims to help determine the scope, means, and modalities of remediation of soil and ground water contamination in impacted communities, enhance local capacity for better environmental management, and promote awareness of sound environmental management as well as ensure livelihoods and sustainable development.
