PacRim Engineering, Inc. is excited to announce our new Senior Project Manager, Mr. Ed Kouzi, PE!
Mr. Kouzi, PE has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and project/construction management gained on major USA and international projects. He will be working out of our San Diego office.
His project involvement includes project impact assessments, project scoping, future projections, alternatives development and analysis, feasibility studies, as well as extensive coordination among project teams, liaisoning with various involved agencies, and stakeholders, and management of cost, schedule, resources, communications, risk, and quality.
Mr. Kouzi, PE has carried out various lead roles on a significant amount of civil engineering planning and design projects involving preparations of Project Study Reports (PSRs), Project Reports (PRs), Plans Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) packages, and Construction support. He has managed engineering projects of all sizes and types with major US global companies such as URS, and AECOM for major CA Clients such as Caltrans, OCTA, and SANDAG, as well as other cities and municipalities throughout CA and AZ. Additionally, he managed engineering projects for DAR Group overseas working on major projects throughout the Gulf region, Africa and Asia.
